Tori Marrs

Legislative Associate

Tori Marrs joined BHL in 2026 as a Legislative Associate, supporting government affairs clients through legislative research, policy tracking, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy support. Prior to joining the firm, she gained firsthand experience in the Kansas legislative process as an intern with Watkins Public Strategies during the 2026 legislative session. Tori is completing degrees in Business Administration and Political Science at Wichita State University and brings strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills to her work on behalf of clients.
